Returns

  • We offer returns ​on incorrect/faulty/damaged items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging for a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
  • Contact concierge@beaudega.com.au with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our concierge team will assist you with your return.
